break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">During menopause, many women benefit from <strong>300\u2013400mg of magnesium glycinate<\/strong> taken at night, about 30\u201360 minutes before bed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Always start with a lower dose (150mg) and increase gradually to avoid
